Very popular and versatile plants grown mainly for their colourful leaves in shades of golds and green, to deep reds and purple, often mottled, veined or blotched with a contrasting colour. Great for the front of a border or mixed container planting. Striking rich glossy, black foliage with contrasting pink/white flowers. Flowers from summer into autumn, a mound-forming, evergreen perennial.
