    Helichrysum flowers with small dark yellow flowerheads in domed clusters from summer to autumn and has intensely aromatic silver-grey leaves. Curry plant is grown in the herb garden for its ornamental value and intriguing, curry-like scent. It is a small bushy evergreen sub-shrub with linear, silver-grey curry-scented leaves contrast well with other dark-leaved herbs and may be added dried to give a spicy aroma to pot pourri.

    Additional Information

    Prune in spring to prevent it from becoming straggly. Protect during hard frosts with thick mulch of straw or well-rotten garden compost.
