    Trachycarpus fortuneii, also known as the Chusan Palm, is a stately evergreen palm forming a small tree with a stout, fibre-covered trunk. The trunk bears a terminal tuft of deeply divided, fan-shaped dark green leaves up to 1m in width. Large arching sprays of small, light yellow flowers bloom in summer. Easy to maintain, this Trachycarpus is drought tolerant once established.
