    Phoenix roebelenii Multitrunk, also know as the Pygmy Date Palm, is a dwarf palm with a slender trunk, occasionally clustered, bearing pinnately-divided leaves up to 1m in length. Panicles of small yellow flowers bloom in summer and may be followed by small edible black fruit. This tender palm should be brought inside over winter as it is not frost hardy.
